UDesign Engine pricing starts at €560 per year for up to 100 published SKUs and scales up to €3,200 per year for catalogs up to 3,000 SKUs. Each plan includes a set number of monthly actions. If that limit is exceeded, the unlimited-actions fee shown for the plan applies from the following month. A one-time €500 onboarding fee applies to every new account. Prices exclude VAT.

If you go over your included monthly actions, the unlimited-actions fee shown on your plan applies starting the following month. From that point on, actions are unlimited for the remainder of your annual contract, so there are no surprise per-action charges.

A monthly action refers to a designer downloading a file or sharing a file with another person.

No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Most accounts are set up within one week of signing up. Onboarding includes brand configuration, interface adaptation to your visual identity, your first catalog upload and training for your brand manager.

Yes. You can downgrade your plan at any time; the new fee is recalculated and applied at the renewal of your annual contract. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation does not include a refund or compensation for unused months.

UDesign Engine is designed to support GDPR-compliant analytics and designer data handling, with encrypted storage and secure file delivery. Manufacturers retain full ownership of their product data at all times.

UDesign Engine supports the main CAD/BIM formats used by Foodservice designers — DWG, RFA, IFC, DXF and PDF — alongside file preview so designers can check a file before downloading it. Additional formats such as JPEG and Office documents (DOC, XLS and similar) can also be attached to a product.

No. UDesign Engine is a white-label portal embedded in your existing website with your logo, colors and domain. The catalog is imported via an Excel template, and the UDesign Engine team builds, maintains and updates the platform, so no internal development resources are required. PIM/DAM integration is possible and evaluated case by case.

Yes. UDesign Engine can set up a live demo using real products from your own catalog rather than a generic mockup. Demos are usually arranged within 48 hours of first contact via the Contact page.

Every client gets a dedicated account contact and a 24-hour support SLA for technical issues and requests. Catalog updates submitted via XLS go live within 5 working days.

No. The €500 onboarding fee is a one-time payment, charged only when your account is set up.

No. Designers do not need to purchase a UDesign subscription. They can access the CAD, BIM and technical product content published by a manufacturer directly from that manufacturer’s website.

No. UDesign Engine is integrated into the manufacturer’s website, allowing designers to search, preview and access published technical content within the manufacturer’s own digital environment.

Yes. UDesign Engine is designed to strengthen the manufacturer’s own website and can complement external distribution strategies rather than necessarily replace them.

PIM/DAM integration is available on request and is scoped to your specific system on a case-by-case basis. It is not included in standard plans.
